Project Management Skills

NPM Ltd is managed operationally by Paul Boyd, as one of the directors of the company Paul drives the level of professionalism and ensures that the project managers deliver the quality you deserve.

Our office and construction depot is situated at 3 Pipiwai Road, Kamo. We have a full communication system including Email, fax, phone and cellphone systems. All key staff are supplied with cellphones for day-to-day contact.

On site management and day-to-day decisions of a relatively minor nature are under the control of the individual Project Managers. These decisions are noted as per the projects quality plan and reported accordingly.

All instructions received on site from Engineers, architects, designers, owners, principles, or tenants by our staff are requested in writing except those of a minor nature. Copies are kept as per the requirements of the individual project quality document.

The project shall be managed under the current quality management system employed by the company. Currently the company has an internal quality system; the company is currently improving the quality management tools available to improve to attain a level of formal quality standard.
