Background

Northland Property Maintenance (NPM), the company, began 14 years ago by Steve Bowling. In those early days the company only employed two people, being Steve and Andrew.

The business has continued to develop into a thriving building, maintenance, painting and decorating company which now currently employs up to 20 people.

Recently there has been a change in Directors of the company with Andrew Bell leaving and Paul Boyd taking on a Director’s role.

NPM has over the years, developed from being a responsive repair and maintenance company, to a fully fledged construction company in its own right. We have also continued to develop a skilled commercial / residential painting and decorating team.
