The managers of the Bowling Infrastructure Group apply their time and skills across all the companies that make up the group. They assume the same roles and functions across each of the companies to ensure that the organisation as a whole runs efficiently and effectively both individually and as a unit.
Steve Bowling – Managing Director
Steve’s carpentry background (Licenced Building Practitioner) which was applied on large civil construction and building projects means that he is a Director which is in touch with the works that are done across all entities of the Bowling Infrastructure Group. Steve is responsible for the strategic and governance aspects of the group as well as financial control and HR aspects. Amongst all this Steve is still commonly found on projects keeping an eye on how things are going and ensuring that he remains in touch with what is happening on the ground. Steve has a strong network around town and places importance on forming strong and open relationships with clients.
Cameron Lornie – Projects Engineer
As a degree qualified Civil Engineer Cameron’s role is to support all the business units with regards to all contractual, commercial, risk management and technical aspects. Cameron is also involved in the HR and strategic aspects of the group. Cameron is involved in much of the tendering for the company where he collates larger proposals and ensures that all proposals are analysed and reviewed prior to submission. His background in Project Management means he is able to perform Project Management functions and provide support guidance to the managers within each company.
Erin Bowling – Administration Manager
Erin’s role is to ensure that the back office functions of the business support the operational side of the business effectively. Erin provides a support role to the Directors and is responsible for Payroll, Debtors and Creditors, Cashflow and Budgeting as well as managing the administration team.
