Steve Bowling – Director
30 years civil construction including high rise building construction, five years construction supervisor for Brian Perry (Fletchers), seven years construction supervisor GHK Piling Co, 10 years managing director Steve Bowling Contracting Ltd, trade certified carpenter.

Martin Stam – Construction Manager
22 years civil construction including foundation, bridging, piling, wharf construction, etc. 15 years employed with GHK Piling Company.

James Doel
Construction Foreman and senior crane operator who has been employed with the company for fifteen years.

Rob Moselen
Leading hand with over fourteen years construction experience with GHK Piling Co.

Michael White
Machine operator, 10 years experience. Winner – Northland Excavator Competition 2008.

All staff are employed on the understanding that a fairly high percentage of the work will require travel and board away from Whangarei, generally on a Monday to Friday basis.

Brendon Booth – Contracts Engineer

With a strong family involvement in Civil Contracting Brendon worked in the industry while studying Heavy Automotive Engineering, followed by further study to receive a New Zealand Certificate in Engineering (mechanical) and a number of years involvement in providing services to some of New Zealand’s largest industries, including the Dairy industry, the Forestry industry and the beef and meat industry.

In early 2003 Brendon returned to the Family business as a Project Manager until the business was sold in late 2007.  Brendon then worked as a Contracts Engineer for a large Consultancy Company before joining The Bowling Group of Companies in 2011.
